good job, i can def. see you shed some weight. is that your goal? (losing weight)

im tryin to put on muscle as well as drop fat. its hard to do, so far i have gained a little bit of muscle and dropped a few pounds of fat. it doesnt happen super fast, but it happens, so its all good with me.

keep it up man, looking good

being tall sucks as a lifter. its much harder for me to make visible gains than someone who is a foot shorter. plus, the larger rom makes shit harder also.

why would you ever wish yourself shorter ?

One of the reasons of lifting is to be bigger, so why would you want to be smaller

trust me, some of my best lifting buddies were 5'7, 5'10 whatever, and they would KILL to be 6'1 or 6'2

i'm 6'2 but would rather be 6'4

its not harder for you to make visible gains, it just takes longer

but time we have, and a finished product at 6 foot something is better than one at 5 foot something in my opinion

thats what everyone says im sick of that qoute

little 5'4 kids saying ' if i was your height i would be dunking'

complete bullshit, factor in the more weight they would have to be moving, different stride, liftoff, it just doesn't work that way !

my vertical is nothing real impressive, but if you made me 6'10" tomorow im sure it would be much less !

Another reason is to be proportional...contray to popular opinion among the male population, bigger isn't always better. Just one girls opinion...

besides, I never have a problem fitting into airplane seats, compact cars, desks...never have to worry about banging my head on the overhead lamps...the list goes on!

i want to get big for myself, because there are so many women out there that no matter what you look like you can score a hot one, or ten for that matter

i can't imagine myself thinking 'oh geez i wish i was 3 inches shorter cuz than i would be more proportioned and would appeal to more females'

fuck proportions and lifting for

female approval is the icing on the cake, not the cake

At 6ft 3 I remember dunking in playground courts. I`m not sure if they were regulation. Damn, those were the days... B-ball from 8 AM to 11PM. lol No wonder I was ripped.

PS I have a thousand bumps on my head from low ceilings/beams etc. THAT sucks.

scaled up 6'4" version of myself, I'd like to see that :D

I'd be around 260lbs of rim rattling force :)

you'd have to squat a lot more and eat a lot more to be that size, for one buddy.

Anyway i used to be able to dunk fine at 6'4" before bulkin this year. I imagine itll come back as i raise up my squat more, and start focusing on a bit more on speed strength.

regardless, i dont like being as tall as i am. although its funny in my school because im in the top 10 tallest out of 2500 kids. i guess once i fill out more i wont mind so much. people think im around 6'2" because i look pretty thick in real life.

I'm 5'9" and 207-208lbs with small bones, scale me up 7 inches.
Up 7 inches in height that would be about 10% scaling in every body dimension to retain the same scale. I'd get to 260lbs easy. Hell my legs are already just a smidgen under 28inches, at 6'4" over 30 inches easy with 46 inch hips :)

Not just girth but limb length as well, that's a whole lota extra bodymass. All pure speculation though - I wish :D

Lee, I know you've been overweight before and lost a lot of it. I understand your position - because I was in it myself! I was fat and lost a shitload of weight, when aged 16. I'm now 20 and regret not making the most of my natural hormones and growth potential up until now. I've always wanted to stay lean because I never was! If only I had've eaten like a horse after I lost the initial weight and educated myself...
