First, I have been reading posts in this board for a quite long time but I have never post a thing because I am kind of shy I guess !!!! And I would like to thank all of you for those incredible information and help!!!
I have been training (in Brasil we call that, by the way I am from Brasil but I live in US) for the past year and 2 months ago I achieved kind off (because we are never satisfied) the body that I was looking for. I am 5’7” and I was with 117 pound and 10 % body fat and the strength of a bull (I got it with my hard work, all cutting and cycling diets and your advices throughout this whole time) . BUT ( there is always a BUT ) I went on vacation and I broke my leg (femur). So I was 60 days out gym.. (you can not imagine how freaking I was) It was the worse 60 days of my life (after so much work and diet)…
Anyway enough of this shit… my point is… I got all my weight back…
I came back to my training process 2 weeks ago. I cut the carb in the first week totally and I hit the gym like a mad women and I lost 5 pounds in 1 week. I am now 128 pound and my body fat is around 18-19%...BUT I am kind of lost, I really do not know what to or how to act in this situation to recover my strength ( I am lifting around 35% lower than before) and star loosing weight and body fat again. I do not want to put my body in the stress mode by cutting the carb for a long-time.
For the last 2 weeks I did 5 days lifting and 6 days cardio 45 min.. lots of water 4-5 meals only carbs in the morning (oats) and brown rice in the lunch time
1- Chest/Tri – 3 exercise of each
2- Quads/Calves/But
3 -Cardio/ Abs
4 - Biceps/Back – 3 exercise of each
5 - Ham/Hips
6 - Cardio/Abs
7 - Shoulder - 3 exercise of each
So, girls please if you have any advice on this matter like supplements, exercise or diet… help me!!!!
I can do anything… motivation I have a lot… I will never give up…I just need a direction…
