New here need answers about HCG

What protein-rich foods DO you eat?

Eggs?
Fish? (yes, I know this is a meat, but some Veg's eat it)
Tofu?
Beans? What kinds?
Legumes?

How do you usually eat? How do you usually prepare your foods? What is a sample day like for you? (specifics)

Protein powder doesn't taste good. None of them do. It is a means to an end. Protein powder is used (mostly) Pre or Post-workout to help muscles repair and grow. They can be used as a meal or snack in occasional circumstances.

Some kinds can be used as meal replacements - those typically taste better (but still shitty IMO) because they have carbs.

If you blend protein powder w berries (raspberry, blueberry) it is much better. I like vanilla exclusively - I find it to be the most bland and least offensive.

Thank you for all the positive input ladies! I am sorry if I came off as lazy to some of you... but I have been working out and dieting for years with no problems. Recently I have had breast augmentation and put on a few pounds recovering . Thanks again

That happens as you can't lift typically for 6 weeks after. I was able to do light cardio within two weeks.

How long has it been since you got BA?

Can you give us details on your current diet we can for sure help there.

No that is not just for the drops they ripped the diet off basically. Here is the thing with the typical HCG diet it is monitored by a Dr. as the 500-600 calories is extremely low.

A Sample HCG Diet Meal Plan for Phase I and Phase II by Dr. Robert Madda ND
In Phase I of the HCG Diet, you will begin loading on foods that are high in fat. We will strongly advise you to choose fats that are healthy during this first 2 days of the HCG Diet. For example, you could choose to eat avocado’s, raw nuts chewed very well, high fat organic dairy products if you are not dairy sensitive or intolerant, high fat greek yogurt, coconut ice cream, coconut oil, etc. There are many ways to load up on healthy foods in this phase of the HCG Diet.

The Plan for Phase one of the HCG Diet — “the loading phase” days1 and 2

Wake up in the morning and pee. Weigh yourself and record the number in your HCG Diet Tracker
Take your injection of HCG and have a nice 16 oz. glass of water

Focus on loading up on healthy fats during this portion of the HCG Diet. This is your chance on the HCG Diet to let yourself indulge. Enjoy a food or two that you usually would deny for yourself. Do not overdo the sugars and starches as this will help you with the transition and you will not gain as much weight during loading.
Drink lots of water all day long. This will be an important piece of the HCG Diet. Go for 1/2 your body weight in ounces per day.
Phase II of the HCG Diet Plan — “the HCG phase” days 3 to somewhere between day 23 and day 42
As you hit Day 3 of the HCG Diet, you will continue to wake up in the morning and pee and weigh yourself. Record your weight daily in your HCG Diet tracker. Have a large glass of water.

Give yourself your injection of HCG.

Again, you will continue to drink water throughout the day during the HCG Diet. This will help to cleanse your body. Go for 1/2 your body weight in ounces per day.
In the morning, you will choose to have something from the following list:

Black Coffee, Organic Green Tea, Organic Wu Long tea, Organic Yerba Mate tea, Organic Chamomile tea, water or mineral water. You can use Stevia on the HCG Diet but no other sweetener is allowed.
For your HCG diet lunch, you will choose 3.5 ounces of one of the following meats:

organic beef or veal, organic skinless chicken breast, wild Chilean sea bass, flounder, sole, halibut
You may also have one of the HCG Diet approved vegetables. We recommend about 2 cups worth:

Spinach, Chard, Beet Greens, Lettuce of any Kind, Tomatoes, Celery, Asparagus, Cabbage, Cucumbers, Red Radishes, White, Yellow, or Red Onion, Kale or Collard greens
Snack time on the HCG Diet can consist of : 1 apple, 1/2 grapefruit, an orange or a handful of strawberries

An HCG Diet approved dinner would be exactly what you were able to have for lunch. While on this phase of the HCG Diet, we recommend choosing a different protein for lunch and dinner as well as a different vegetable for lunch and dinner.

Enjoy this HCG Diet menu and be sure to check out some of the HCG Diet cookbooks available to spice up your menu plan a little bit.
