New cycle

Starting new routine less direct shoulder work. It will be more of a push, pull, legs routine.
Still need to find the info on dave Tate bench, but will incorporate that into push day as and when.

12th sept
Pull
Wide neutral chin (warmup)
3x10@BW

Wide chin

Close grip chin
1x8@10kg

1arm row
1x10@34kg each arm

Wide cable row drop set
35kg > [email protected] increments.

BB shrugs
4x10@140kg

Laterals
2x8@9kg each arm
[email protected] each arm

I find my bent over row is pretty shite!
Any tips on how to improve?

Try mixing this up bro. Do them in front like normal and then do them behind you. Takes some getting used to but well worth it. I just do half and half.

Depends what you wanna do with them bro. The 2 ways I do em are this.
Back parallel to floor and dead flat. The weight goes back to the floor every time. Dont bounce it, pause and then next rep. 2 second count both up and down. Pull the weight to your waist not your chest or stomach.

Back at 45° to the floor. Everything else the same.

The only way to get better is to just do em.

Stopped after this because of back pumps!!!!
Need to get sum taurine! Apart from that was happy with the PB.

When you guys get them do you just grit your teeth and train through? Or is it best to stop???
 
For the most part just keep pushing for as long as you can I think is what most peeps on here do bro.
Also drink plenty of water. It helps of course along with the Taurine.

Yeh watched it, but need to go over it again. I'll up the taurine aswell.
I done a different variation to my push day yesterday just to try something different. I'll post it when I'm home.
Wasn't really the best, coz was kinda in a rush.

Anyway, wat I do need help with is how to add it in to my push day and also wat the reps would be on the other exercises??
I have some thoughts. I'll post them soon when I have bit more time.
