i hit 315 for 3 reps on stiff leg deadlifts today. felt great. also hit 315 for squats like a week ago. ithe squat should be up a lil more(i hope :))

just postn cause im happy with my improvements :)
 
Do you actually lock your knees or do you keep them bent a little?

I'm just wondering about correct form. I do both, I'm not sure which one is right.
 
i keep my knees slightly bent. when i lock them they start to feel strange. just keep a bit of a bend and you should be fine.
