Need your help!!! Chest problems

I need really help getting bigger / Ripped chest :P

so if I keep my days of training total ive been training like 2 years and when ive been training ive been training HARD enough but dunno if my eating is good enough..

I dont have problems getting big bicep,tricep,shoulders,back, wings etc. and my strength is explosive im really happy about my other body parts but not my chest :( everybody is saying like in gym you should get bigger and ripped chest it looks like u dont have chest at all :S...

ITS ONLY MY CHEST!

I really need some good advice what to do ? so I can really see changes in them I do see but 2 years and a minimal change on chest

normal i train chest with manuals so I get good muscle contact etc I learn technics from Youtube people doing it they have some extreme new chest, but mine is taking to long to see changes on chest

so guys what should I do?


KG: 81kg
Height: 177cm
Bodyfat: 16-18% around that
 
No one had the same problem and did something about it and did see changes? cmon guys :P

What is your current chest workout?

my current chest workout is

Warming up with benchpress. trained alot benchpress 1 year ago my strength got insane but no change on chest maybe a little.

after the warmup I do :
Incline dumbell bench press 35kg each hand - 3x10
dumbell flyes 20kg each hand - 3x10
pec dec - isolation 3x10 easy enough to feel the chest pumping.

thats my current chest workout
 
So after warming up, you're only doing 3 sets of pressing plus the flys and pec dec? How many days per week?

I train chest 1 day per week...

I really am happy with the rest off my body transform its only my chest:S

I do chest workout twice a week and match it with superset of back. Hell of a day! If youre doing chest only once a week u should be doing more exercice/sets than that.

That's not near enough volume bro. Press more and press heavy. Doing a pec dec isn't going to give you a big chest, you have to press. If you're hitting chest once per week, I'd say minimum of 8 sets of presses - maybe 5 flat and 3 incline then flip frop those numbers the following week. And that's if you're going balls out on your sets. You can mix some declines in there as well but the fact is that 3 sets of incline dumbell presses one time per week is not going to be enough to build the size you're looking for. Additional note though, chest shape is very genetic. Some people have a great shape to their chest and some don't but the key is to make yours the best it can be and that doesn't happen with 3 sets. Drop either the pec dec or the flys, you don't need both and use your energy pressing.
 
what's the real issue here? do you have some fat on your chest that you want to get rid of?

honestly if you are in shape that would go before your stomach fat

you might have gyno or your body might just be inclined to store fat there. If that's the case, ya might gotta go under the knife. Last resort tho. Lose as much bodyfat as possible, get jacked as hell, then see how you feel about it.

Xrage, No I dont have any fat on my chest its just the building is failing I think, but maybe I should mix up sets etc.. and see If I see better changes on growing up those muscles. anyway yeah im trying to get jacked too its hard tho but imma do my best ! :) If I get this mission complete I will post before and now picture that day I complete it heheh. ALL NATURAL! :)

I really want to shot Testo E as my first cycle maybe:P but I dont want acne...
