need tri excercises (NON extension)

I need some tricep excercises that don't put alot of stress on the elbows. I can't do skull crushers or jm press for a while because my elbows are starting to hurt really bad. I was thinking boardpress, some type of push downs...what else?

You can do tricep extensions with bands...

Go light and higher rep for a while...or cut your rest time down to 15 seconds on all tricep exercises so that you use light weights.

Truuuuuuuuuuuuue dat my friend.

I read recently on here that skulls are unnatural motion, which can cause elbow pain. Point them out slightly and it still hits the tris hard. I dunno how true that is, but perhaps it's worth a try?
 
Dips all the way!

Even close grip bench is a lot of strain on my wrists, but i still do them. :( I get best gains from them.
 
if u are going for pure mass and size nothing will beat a few fucking heavy arse sets of close grip bench presses and dips.

I wouldnt even touch the curling type motions for the tricpeps (eg skull crushers) because they are useless when trying to build good mass.

I find the heavier i go the less pressure there seems to be on my joints but maybe that is just me.
