30 lbs in 4 weeks..... thats going to be rough... all i can say is diet very very clean, cardio 2 times a day. once in the AM before breakfast, workout afternoon and cardio after last meal before bed... you need to be taking a few (illegal) supplements to help that weight come off. i would get some clen and T3. if u dont/ can't do the illegal thing.. then i dont know if its possible to reach your goal..

First off, you obviously dont have the experience/knowledge with training/dieting, so there's no way in the world ANYBODY should tell you to do any ILLEGAL gear. That is pure ignorance.(uhhh---no offense sweed). You do need to weight train, but cardio and diet are going to be the biggest factors. Do HIIT cardio 6-7days/week for 45-60min each x 2a day. I think it will be possible, just not very healthy, and you'll have to be very disciplined, which going from one extreme(being able to eat/drink anything) to eating/drinking a very limited selection will be your biggest battle. Try eating 1500-2000cals a day. Drink nothing but water. Do some research on your diet and post it.

weight training yes... you'll be burning some more calories doing it. Im guessing you basal metabolic rate (BMR) is around 2400-2500 calories, so you should be taking in less that that during the day... i was really kinda starving myself and prob taking in like 1600-1800 cals a day... i really got strict about carb intake.. but you need the carbs.. not that many and use LOW GI carbs.. brown rice , oats , etc. and dont count out the fats also... but sure to take flax / fish oil, nuts.

sweed speaks the truth, but maybe in the last 2 weeks, try a ketonic diet(no carbs) and the last week try water minipulation techniques. All these suggest will hardly burn muscle, but you will drop alot of water, which may get you to your goal. Assuming you do make the weight, i do realize you will gain it all back.

Initially, you will gain, especially if you cut your carbs way down and water deplete, due to the added carbs and water after this diet. But keep it to a minimum by formulating a sound diet and congrats on the lifestyle change.
