I'm on omna/deca/winny. I've got to be in a wedding Sat, and I need to take off some of the water. Is there anything that I can do....that does not incorporate "gear"....no way to get anything in time......

Need some help....dont want "Bloat Face" for my bud's wedding.

Yeah, if it's gotta be otc, then dandelion root would be good. I think that's the main ing. in taraxetone, but I am not positive.

Are you talking tomorrow, or in one week? If you have time, and the source, there is always lasix.

vitamin shoppe, its buy the same people who produce xenadrine, its conisdered very good for being a legal diuretic, but i dunno if its gonna help considering the gear you are using

I'd say give taraxatone a try, or just buy some dandleion root from gnc. Just be careful not to dehydrate.

when using a diuretic...over the counter....how much water do i drink

how much water do I need to consume.....

take taraxatone 3 pills in am 3 pills in afternoon and drink alot

Remove all excess salt from your diet, as well!

And drink 10 gallons of water/day.
