I need help dropping a bit more body fat %. Right now, I'm between 10 and 14 % body fat (don't know exactly, cause the tests are a bit inaccurate). I'm 5'10", 145 pounds, and 15 years old. I train with weights 5 days a week and do cardio 3-5 days a week for 3 miles or so. Currently, here's my diet:
Breakfast: Whole Wheat Bagle w/ Lite Cream Cheese & a glass of milk
Snack: Protein Shake
*Work out*
Lunch: Protein Shake, Deli chicken sliced on whole wheat bread
Snack: apple, water, slice of toast w/ peanut butter (again, whole wheat bread)
Dinner: some kind of vegetables, some kind of meat, and some kind of pasta, water
So thats my diet, any suggestions? (I also have other glasses of water periodically throughout the day)
