S stynkfyst New member Jun 6, 2011 #1 After multiple breaks/fractures, ruptured Achilles and three surgeries on one of my ankles, I am no longer able to squat or deadlift. I have very little range of motion in that ankle. What are the next best exercise options for my legs?
