My fiancee is looking tone up a bit for our upcoming wedding in July. Problem areas are a litte in the tummy and some minor love handles on the sides. She is 5'7, 125lbs and BF is ~20%. What would be a good breakdown of carbs/protein/fats? Also any other diet ideas are welcomed. She really only needs lose 5 lbs of fat at most. I've got her some t-rex and YES to help out as well. Any ideas would be appreciated...thanks
