I have this problem with my head posture – it justgoes forward, and as you may imagine, it is not cool, neither looksgood, neither it is comfy, but just so hard to keep it straight. I am28 years old, so I hope it is not too late to correct this thing, andwas wondering what exercises would be good for this. Many things onthe net, but hard to tell what is true, and what not. Please help abrother out!
