Just started working out again after 7 months from a Torn Labrum. I want to lose quite a bit of fat pretty quick and put a little mass on. Im 33 205pounds about 20 percent body fat. Would Rs Transaderm be a good start or would i need to stack with something else? Im very new at all this and have never taking any kind of supplements. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.
