Hey folks... could use some help!
I'm in a bit of a tail spin trying to plan my next cycle and dieting ...
I'm "off" right now.... finished last cycle back in December... my next one will be sometime in May (tren, t-bol, test enth for total of 10 weeks)... I'm actually at my highest weight that I've ever been, as high as I would've liked to have been while "on"...been eating like crazy in the last few months (not as clean as I was eating when "on" though).... so my bf is higher than normal for me... probably somewhere along 15% if I were to guess....
So my question is.... should I start dieting down now until May and then start the next cycle and eat clean, following a moderate or cutting diet to stay lean throughout the cycle (and for the summer)....
-OR-
Should I continue bulking, eating as clean as possible until May and then start dieting down during the cycle?
My goal is to be harder, more vascular and leaner (nothing crazy) by the time I'm done with my tren cycle..... I've never done a "cutting cycle", always bulked in the past... so I'm not sure how that would work....
My stats:
5'7"
175 lbs
~15% bf (probably less)
31 years old
Will be my 3rd cycle coming up
Been training for almost 10 yrs now
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
