Need help deciding on diet & next cycle

Hey folks... could use some help!

I'm in a bit of a tail spin trying to plan my next cycle and dieting ...
I'm "off" right now.... finished last cycle back in December... my next one will be sometime in May (tren, t-bol, test enth for total of 10 weeks)... I'm actually at my highest weight that I've ever been, as high as I would've liked to have been while "on"...been eating like crazy in the last few months (not as clean as I was eating when "on" though).... so my bf is higher than normal for me... probably somewhere along 15% if I were to guess....

So my question is.... should I start dieting down now until May and then start the next cycle and eat clean, following a moderate or cutting diet to stay lean throughout the cycle (and for the summer)....
-OR-
Should I continue bulking, eating as clean as possible until May and then start dieting down during the cycle?

My goal is to be harder, more vascular and leaner (nothing crazy) by the time I'm done with my tren cycle..... I've never done a "cutting cycle", always bulked in the past... so I'm not sure how that would work....

My stats:
5'7"
175 lbs
~15% bf (probably less)
31 years old
Will be my 3rd cycle coming up
Been training for almost 10 yrs now

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
 
This is very common--I have battled the eat everything and get big vs. eat clean and put more quality on for a long time. I think you should eat ALOT of high quality, clean food most of the time and have a couple cheat meals per week or 1 cheat day--you're not dieting for a show but you don't want to put on useless lbs., throw some cardio in and watch carbs at night and you'll be ready to really grow in May!!!!!

I often battle the same decision man... continue bulking or switch to cutting.

The bad thing is, right now I am more dialed into my diet than I ever have been before. I realize now just how important your diet is, where I really neglected it in the past.

Im trying pretty hard... on a scale of 1-10 id say im focus'd close to an 8, on trying to eat much more clean foods. The only problem is my wife doesnt share the same motivation with me, so it makes dinner choices around the house a little difficult... but im workin on her :Chef:

Im currently still bulking up, tryin to hit 220 before actually trying to cut down a lot. I dread when I try to figure out what kinda diet to stick to once I make that switch... :worried:
 
the toughest decisions is first, what kind of diet to follow and second, when to diet down.... should I diet down *before* starting the next cycle, which most would consider ideal for cutting (tren + t-bol + test).... or should I just continue bulking (as clean as possible) and then cut down during the cycle... not sure which is more effective.... plus, it's hard to shake the notion from my head that you should diet down while on AAS (mostly because I've never done it before *grin)
