I'm currently 5 weeks into a 9 week sus/deca cycle. I use a low volume approach to training. I hit each muscle group once a week. 6 sets for arms and 4 sets for traps. I need to bring both muscle groups up. Any ideas about how to do this while I'm cycling? Drop sets? Super sets? Partials? Forced reps? Or should I try them all. How many weeks in a row with advanced principles? I'm not sure where the line of over training would be on a cycle as this is only my 2nd cycle. Thanks.
