I'm 180 LB and was wondering if this diet will put me in ketosis:
•Meal 1: Protein Shake+1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil
•Meal 2: 6-8 Eggwhites+1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil
•Meal 3: Chicken Breast+1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil
•Meal 4: Protein Shake+1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil
•Meal 5: Chicken Breast(or Can of Tuna)+1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil
•Meal 6: 6-8 Eggwhites+1Tablespoon of Flax Oil
I'm hoping for a bit of variaty, so I alternate between Chicken, Tuna, Protein shake and egg whites. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
