Need diet advice please

I'm 180 LB and was wondering if this diet will put me in ketosis:

•Meal 1: Protein Shake+1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil

•Meal 2: 6-8 Eggwhites+1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil

•Meal 3: Chicken Breast+1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil

•Meal 4: Protein Shake+1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil

•Meal 5: Chicken Breast(or Can of Tuna)+1 Tablespoon of Flax Oil
•Meal 6: 6-8 Eggwhites+1Tablespoon of Flax Oil

I'm hoping for a bit of variaty, so I alternate between Chicken, Tuna, Protein shake and egg whites. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.:D
 
at 180 pounds - but what bodyfat % are you?

I'd double up on the chicken breasts - and I agree with using the whole egg.

That also seems to be a lot of flax oil, but you're not really getting much other fat I guess.
 
This really looks like Fat-Fast... wait it is fat-fast.

Now, to tell you the truth, it's possible to get into ketosis this way and is duable, but I'd run a 85%fat/15%protein for at least 2 days before I would switch to the diet you've listed. This would ensure that you are in 'Ketosis' and will just maintain that state with the consumption of the healthy fats. Also, use whole eggs instead of egg-whites, and have the chicken breast with skin on it.

Remember, too much protein can keep you out of ketosis. (but once you're in, it's unlikely that the ratio you've listed will kick you out of ketosis, as long as you make the proper alterations)

what kind of work out are u going to use along with this diet. also would you happen to know how much more calories this is than the original fat fast diet with the whey protien.

If you are scared of cholesterol, which is a minor problem to your body functions, compared to what "Fat-Fast" can do to your body. Remember, "Fat-Fast" is in no way healthy. So, little cholesterol is not going to harm you, in fact, egg cholesterol is considered semi-good when compared to others.
