Need advice on diet

Ok here is the low down.

I am 6ft 2 225lbs and I am trying to cut a little while still increaseing my strength. My workout routine is as follows.

Mon-Thur -- chest/Tri's and run 3 miles
tue-Fri -- Shoulders/ bicep's and run 3 miles
Wed--- squat/deadlift and run 3 miles

I usually run right after I hit the weights. Yes there is a reason I do that. I am in the army and I like to train like I take a PT test. And on the PT test you get 2 minutes to do pushups- rest 10 minutes then 2 minutes for situps then rest for 10 minutes then 2 mile run for time.


So I train like I fight. anyway my Diet is as follows

I try to stick to around 4000 clean calories a day so I can increase my strength and I only drink one soda a day. so numerous clean food throughout the day with 3 protein shakes. 1 shake in the morning and 1 in the evening. I also have a shake after I workout..

I am also running creatine. usually 3 glasses a day or so and I drink alot of water.

Any ideas or suggestions on my diet to Keep increasing my strength while maybe cutting 10 lbs would be great. I am just trying to get used to eating 5 times a day and it really takes effort. Thanks WOlf
 
Same shit everyone looks for, you gotta bulk or cut bro.
Cutting you can possibly keep strength but that's it.
 
why are you using creatine if you want to cut??

How would that really make much difference? Cutting is mostly about reducing fat. Water disappears within days, or hours with a natty diuretic.
 
here is whay I eat when I eat.

8am or so bowl of oatmeal and a protein shake


lunch 12- Sandwhich either tuna or turkey. I usually make this myself but sometimes I eat at subway. lemonade to drink.


3-4 pm- another snack usually hard boiled eggs or maybe another sandwhich.

7pm dinner-- turkey breast or steak last night I had asparagus steak and very little onion rings. Lemonade or tea to drink.

shake before bed around 11pm.

well i know for instance my body holds alotttttt of water on creatine, that is creatines purpose so if i was trying to loose fat or weight period creatine would not be on my list of supps... that's all

Needs a lotta work - check some of the other diets posted 1st page in this forum.
