need a workout -any help???

guys, now that i'm going to go on the sauce... i need a workout that will benefit me greatly -as of now i train 3on 1 off... chest/bi, legs,shoulders/tri,rest,back,chest/bi,etc. how does this look... i want to make some good quality gains so i think i'll take 250mg of sust 200mg of deca and 50mg of winny eod... how does all this look and any help with training would be greatly appreciated. thanks...
 
Switch to doing one muscle group/day. Rest Sat and Sun. Eg) M-Chest T- Bi's/Tri's W-Back Th-Shoulders/Forearms Fri-Legs

I'd also take a good look at your diet...Good luck
 
thanks... but what would you say to do for excercises, reps, etc??? also, diet is tough -i eat 2pieces of wheat toast with a little peanut butter for breakfast along with an isopure shake, chicken and a yam for another meal, another shake, chicken and something (rice, veggies, or something) for another meal, another shake...and that usually does it... please help...
 
Agreed - MAX-OT

by AST is a great routine. There's alot of supplement hype in the mix, but the routine is great.
