guys, now that i'm going to go on the sauce... i need a workout that will benefit me greatly -as of now i train 3on 1 off... chest/bi, legs,shoulders/tri,rest,back,chest/bi,etc. how does this look... i want to make some good quality gains so i think i'll take 250mg of sust 200mg of deca and 50mg of winny eod... how does all this look and any help with training would be greatly appreciated. thanks...
