Hello everyone. Im 22yrs old and have been working out for about 3 years now. I have mostly stuck with a work out that would consist on working one or two muscle groups a day. To be honest im getting kind of bored with this type of routine and i feel like i havent been getting the gains that i am lookin for in strength and physique. So i was thinkin that i would want to do like a military fitness type workout but i would have no idea where to start besides the running and calestetics. I believe my diet is in check, i just need some ideas on how to choose what types of work outs i should do on certain days. For example, should i powerlift two days and endurance type workouts the other days of the week? Suggestions would be much appreciated.
