Trader Joe's is a really cool imported/specialty/gourmet food store that has locations primarily on the west coast. They're expanding like my hips after an ice cream binge, though.
They are also on the east coast - go to their website and check out the locations. they look like they have really good stuff - I bought their protein bread which A&P sells - made with no flour and no extra oil--their cereal also sounds good. Have to try the place out this weekend.
i always see natty peanut butter on these boards, and i guess im a noob, but ive always used lowfat pb... whats natty pb and is it possible to get at a regular supermarket.. I hate goin to trader joes.. its 50 min away

Yes, natural peanut butter ought to be available in a regular supermarket. The only ingredient should be PEANUTS (and perhaps salt, but that's IT). The low fat peanut butter is just an overall bad idea (geared toward a public that has been brainwashed to believe that fat is the enemy). They remove the fat (which is predominantly healthy fat) and replace it with sugar.
i use smuckers brand too and the way i get it down is with some smuckers 100% all natural fruit spread. my fav. is the black raspberry. if they carry the smuckers PB they should have the fruit spread too.
