I squat like a bodybuilder inside sholder width and go rock bottom. Anytime i used to squat wide, I got hip pain. My hips do not hurt on sumo deads. My left hip clicks. Any advice. I do wide stane leg presses. Any ideas.
I had hip problems that would send shooting pain so bad I would have to sit still. I tried everything until I started streching my hip. You simply put your ankle on thigh by your knee and lean forward. Try to feel the stretch along your leg up your side to your upper waist. As soon as I started doing this I was able to open my stance on squats and my poundages went up. Hope this helps.
