Just finished my new leg program. Decided to do legs 2x a week now allowing me to split quad and posterior chain focus.
Today was hamstrings/glutes/calves
15min treadmill preworkout
Deficit deadlifts 105lbs 4x8
Standing calve press machine 180lbs 4x12
Hip thrusts 120lbs up 10lbs 4x12
Dumbbell deadlifts 40lbs 4x8
Donkey calve presses smith machine 30lbs 4x13
Cable kickbacks 20lbs 3x15
Laying hamstring curls 55lbs up 5lbs 3x12
I could have gone heavier on the deadlifts but it’s been a while since I’ve done them.
I also weighed myself today. I gained 1lb this week.
