I will do a 3-4 mile walk with our dog and chill out.
Sundays are my rest day generally, if I need to change that please let me know. I’m gonna kick off my pull session in a few hours.
 
Here is my midweek update of meals and weights. I could tell I was not as strong on my second chest split given Mondays effort, but I got it completed, killer chest pump on the high rep set of 50 on flat bench, that was cool but now I am kinda swollen looking.

Weekend is here, time for a early morning walk tomorrow and see if I can sit still enough to not do anything strenuous.
I am going to stay on track to keep increasing every 3 weeks the rest of this cycle, I do have some doubt how my body will respond once the nandrolone is gone, guessing my weights gonna drop some and recovery may take a bit longer but that's okay, body needs a rest.
