I never actually tracked my macros yet so the scales are out and I'll see how it go's,it actually time to get serious!

I forgot to mention that meal 1 for day I posted earlier was a total of 1481 calories.

Iv only just changed to this protein in last couple of days I'll see how it go's,after those 2 meals I was pretty pumped to train so I hit a preworkout and headed in for a back and bicep blast!

Just an insight to the diet I'm running atm may also add another mass shake before bedtime,thos bring total calories up around 4826 if I can't grow from this I'll give up!😆
