From the first message on my thread till now thanks for you continued support noah wixx..I'll be hitting a leg session during day and posting it up,won't be to crazy as I haven't trained legs in a couple weeks but I'll give it a good crack that's for sure!.💪
 
Finally after one complete week off due to an injury,followed by a week of easing back into training the serious training can begin again...went and hit a chest/tricep session tonight and it felt pretty damn good.
Chest-
Wide grip chest machine-3×10

Wasn't to crazy of a session but was definitely enough after 2 weeks off,finished with 30 mins cardio on excercise bike and was thinking this cruise might come to an end soon and start to ramp up the compounds.....any thoughts on this would be much appreciated!🤔

First leg session after 2 weeks of not training lower body went as well as could be expected I guess...didn't get to crazy and was a good thing because i woke up a little stiff in lower back and glute that was injured but will be fine.

10mins warm up exercise bike.
4xwarm up sets leg extensions
Hack squats-3×10

I think I'm gunna lower leg workout weight for 2-3 weeks by 20% and add a few more reps till I'm 110% again.

@marshmonsta 2 weeks with lower body you must be getting huge legs bro :) looks amazing in the pic like a big thick leg pump

Thanks brother I really need to train legs twice per week...one quad focused session and one hamstring & glute but can't handle that volume until this injury has proper gone.
