I don't doubt your experience....and I'm sure your advice is valid. I don't enjoy thrashing newbies; this guy has known about WS for about a day now. I guess training them on Squat or Bench days is a matter of preference. Maybe it's just me but I wouldn't train them on all 4 unless two of those were recuperation oriented.
As for DL....yes I see your point. You're right.
