I tend to agree that you have some health risks with your higher BF, so depending on what you are taking, you may want to re-think your plan.

No offense but C has a very good reputation and he is in very good shape, although he isn't being the nicest person in the world to me I will try the subway diet, if it is not as good as he says then I will go back to the way I am dieting now.

I am currently Taking Sustanon and Equipoise, I am going to Add Finaplix and Winstrol soon. I might start rotating between DNP and T3/Clen too to help lose the weight.

Don't worry about the walking, I can usually walk 3 miles or so at a medium pace before I have to sit down and rest.


STOP taking Fina! If you were taking anavar or primo, it would be different, but DO NOT TAKE FINA unless you want to have out of control blood pressure.

I do delt and quad injections with a 23g 1.5 inch needle. Those are the only places I can do, I have too much baby fat anywhere else. I tried my glute but I wasn't sure it was in the muscle, I want to make sure it's in the muscle so the A.S. is properly absorbed.

Your so-called "mass" is not muscle.....it is fat, pure and simple. You need to lose the fat and show the mass. CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO. You want to see what is beneath all that fat, right? Worrying about the mass is something you should NOT be concerned with at this stage.


You are taking fina????? At such a high BF?????? Dude, you are taking some very large risks. Risks that scream that you may be seriously under-educated on the subject of AS.


My advice:
Get off the gear
Buy a good pair of sneakers
RUN RUN RUN
DIET DIET DIET
WOrry about gear much much later.

Come on don't try and convince people this is you. I have seen other pics of you before and you are definately not this fat. Also your lifts that you claimed to have done all natural is no way possible with that body. Bro, I know you like to fuck around but I don't want your rep on here ruined.... Funny stuff funny stuff.

Mike I think you are awesome man but I am sorry to disappoint you, I know I look like shit but I am a strong guy. That is the one thing that keeps me going to the gym.

I am not sure how you could have seen other pics of me as I have never posted one anywhere on this board before.

Paulos, get off the gear before you kill yourself. You are very overweight. The good news is you are on the right path by wanting to loose fat. The bad news is, you going about all wrong by using gear. Your diet is on the right track. Cut your carbs below 100 gms per day. NO HIGHER!!! Do cardio at least 5 times per week. Keep your protein around 250-300 gms per day. Watch your fat intake. You have plenty right now to burn. No need ingesting more.
I not flaming you Paulos, but do this right.

I understand where you are coming from but what is worse, me being fat forever or me using the gear to help lose weight? I do not have enough willpower to diet without the steroids. I am too lazy to do cardio.
