I tend to agree that you have some health risks with your higher BF, so depending on what you are taking, you may want to re-think your plan.
No offense but C has a very good reputation and he is in very good shape, although he isn't being the nicest person in the world to me I will try the subway diet, if it is not as good as he says then I will go back to the way I am dieting now.
I am currently Taking Sustanon and Equipoise, I am going to Add Finaplix and Winstrol soon. I might start rotating between DNP and T3/Clen too to help lose the weight.
