Well, Gin N' Juice... I've seen my pictures from the Olympia too... funny thing is, I don't recall ever seeing a picture of you? Hmm...

As for my stomach... it does tend to get a bit large when I'm on Dbol... with all the water retention and bloating one gets off it... but then again, you know how dbol works, right? Good.

Sure, I thought we all were friends? I'm trying to give this kid some advice, and you guys are jumping down MY back for MY methods? Well FUCK YOU! HAHA! You motivate your way, I'll motivate MINE!

What exactly is the Jared Plan? Can you explain it in more detail please? I really want to lose more weight, I am eating about 300 grams of protein now with low carbs and fat.

If this jared plan is good I will switch.

Although he may have expressed his views in a less-than-tactful way, i think i am gonna have to side with C on this one.


I think you jumped the gun on this gear thing. In fact, I believe your use of AS at such a high bodyfat may prove very dangerous. Here is why:

1. One of the very common side effects of AS is high blood pressure. From the looks of your physique, your blood pressure would already be in question, why take the chance of blowing an artery or having a stroke?

2. You say that you have been lifting weights from the age of 14...kewl dude...BUT...diet is something that also needs to be mastered before using AS. You say you have an eating problem? This should have been dealt with BEFORE You started using AS, not during and after.

3. I think you are looking for a quick fix through the use of AS. I could be wrong, but i am concerned.

4. Please don't take what I am saying as a flame. I am in no way attempting to insult your efforts. From what you say, you are obviously trying very hard, there are just a few things that may need to be rectified and concentrated on.

I'm just saying that this guy has probably had every asshole he knows call him a fat ass. Does he NEED one more for motivation?

.....he's here, and this is the right place to get solid info about dieting and training. He has already lost 60lbs. and that is some serious progress, and he has the desire to continue.

You make good points but I really do not want to lose any of the mass I have worked so hard for.

I would be happy to help my genetically challenged friend! :)

Jared ate 2 subway subs a day... you can eat 2 footlong ones... get the low fat ones, with no mayo... you cna have some lowfat sunchips too... with each sandwhich...

Exercise is important on the Jared plan... walking around a mile or two a day will be perfect. If you can walk more, walk more.

Dude, your mass is FAT. You want to lose it.

First, forget the "Jared Plan" if you want to keep any muscle. Jared is that guy in the Subway comercials that lost a shit load of weight by eating low-fat subs and walking every day. (typical low fat, calorie limiting diet). Problem is that there isn't enough protein to maintain muscle.

What gear are you taking?

I tend to agree that you have some health risks with your higher BF, so depending on what you are taking, you may want to re-think your plan.

Is it ok to get white bread or should I get wheat? Also would this diet be compatable with use of Finaplix?

Don't worry about the walking, I can usually walk 3 miles or so at a medium pace before I have to sit down and rest.

Stop taking AS... you won't lose your mass. In fact, judging by how you look, you are in NO jeapordy of losing your mass anytime soon. What length dart do you use? 3"?

I'm curious as to how nice everyone will be until they realize that you are on a hopeless path and need your ass smacked around in the RIGHT way.
