you look very good to me
you know i have the same stats but with a big difference i believe
i used to be fat so i still have lots of fat in my lower stomach, i would love to know your other measurements just to compare, since as the previous post, i sincerely dont know how do i look compared to others,
i am 35yo, 5'11-6' and around 190#
my chest measures 43", my waist measures 34" (i use 33-34-35" pants), biceps around 15", thighs 26", i have big calves (never trained so i guess with lots of fat on them), my waist is really kind of flabby cause when i use a weight belt if i use it tight my waist could be even 28" (is this normal by the way??)
would love to post a pic, maybe i will soon
been exercising for quite a while but without weights (hit the weights just just 6 months ago)

used to be fat for 25 yrs (almost 260-270#)

I said "older" not "old". There's a difference.

I'm 42, 5'11", 190 lbs. Probably 14% bf and going down!
Wanna hit 180 lbs and 10% bf.

Considering your age you must be in better shape than me, i dont think i am lean at all, i have lots of fat but strangely my waist is not that big and guess i am broad shouldered (cause i was fat), i do workout daily including weekends (1 hr cardio at least with a polar watch to measure my pulse) and i try to lift everyday too, however i dont think i could be 180# that easily
