Whatβs happening my ELITE FIT BROS!
Itβs been a crack Thursday for myself, rest day so nothing exciting to report on the gym side of things, still hitting my daily tasks, steps and meals no matter what!
Getting bloods done tommorow so that will end up being a rest day to, but itβs all for a good cause and have plenty of exciting things coming up - including some programming and coaching advancements on the horizon - that Iβm beyond excited about!
