I see your point!!!!! But by saying that I am not agreeing with you at all! LOL
You are using principles that work, but then twisting them in a way that makes it appealing which I think will fuck it all up! I am sure you might lose WEIGHT, but in no way, do I see you would lose more FAT over MUSCLE.
didnt they make a cute little movie about this idea (supersize...) I know that he didnt lower his calories to a defecit standpoint, but still.
I think your idea has alot of good points, but I still belive that when you say you can eat "what you want" i.e. junk and shit, you are shooting yourself. If you would have said "healthy nutritional foods" then all good.
Second you kinda stepped on your tongue about the hole "insulin level thing" cuz you sat there and said that as long as you eat "EFA's and fiber" your fine, but then later you said you can "eat what you want" deffinatly not the same!!!
efa's and fiber= slower levels
"anything you want=fucked insulin levels!!!
