No, what you don't understand is how the quality of the nutrients you intake plays a role in weight loss as well! It's not so cut and dry, though you'd like it to be.

Empire is spelled with an 'e', not an I.

If you have ACTUALLY read all the things that I have wrote , you would see that I already said that it does make a diference , BUT you CAN STILL LOSE A LOT OF FAT by keeping your protein intake high , eating crappy carbs and crappy fats AS LONG as you stay in caloric deficit .

how do you know it's not muscle weight? how can you be sure it's just fat?

but you're simply saying a calorie is a calorie right?...
 
He is so full of crap. I know people who eat horrible and eat less than they burn and they gain fat.

Victor needs to learn about how insulin effects fat gain.

Who do you think will lose more fat. Somone who eats the same amount of protein,fat and carbs and the carbs are high gh carbs or somoene eating the low gi carbs. DUHHH>
 
right now im fucked, im bulking up. however from the chicken carbs and what not eating 6 times a day 270 grams protins and 300 grams of carb im still at around 1600-1700 calories...can you say cutter!!! im eating so much but yet so little calories...what to do?

I see your point!!!!! But by saying that I am not agreeing with you at all! LOL

You are using principles that work, but then twisting them in a way that makes it appealing which I think will fuck it all up! I am sure you might lose WEIGHT, but in no way, do I see you would lose more FAT over MUSCLE.

didnt they make a cute little movie about this idea (supersize...) I know that he didnt lower his calories to a defecit standpoint, but still.

I think your idea has alot of good points, but I still belive that when you say you can eat "what you want" i.e. junk and shit, you are shooting yourself. If you would have said "healthy nutritional foods" then all good.

Second you kinda stepped on your tongue about the hole "insulin level thing" cuz you sat there and said that as long as you eat "EFA's and fiber" your fine, but then later you said you can "eat what you want" deffinatly not the same!!!
efa's and fiber= slower levels
"anything you want=fucked insulin levels!!!

good luck though, I am really interested in your progress, please post your exact stats of now, and keep us updated weekly!!

yeah I am done replying to this thread ....really this is my last post here , and probably my last post on this diet board . A long time ago ( when I was 18 ) I used to argue via internet , now I am 24 , ok ? I refuse to keep arguing via internet ....

If anyone want the results , in 2-3 weeks you can pm me and I will gladly tell the results .
