My new theory about dieting and how fat loss happens

yep georgie , that is why I didn't reply to this thread ,because most of the people failed to see the point . So , I am not gonna waste my time arguing and trying to make people understand it , when it is clearly explained .

Even velvet didn't saw it 100 % clear ...

btw- I started the diet this week ( yesterday - monday ) , I had some problems and couldn't start earlier .

I will post the results in 4 weeks for sure

I see the point. It just doesn't make much sense. I'd like to see the results though, because no matter what science says, results are results. We've got steroids that aren't to do anything on paper, but work wonders. Same could go here. Give it a shot.

Sorry if I didn't see your theory as an original idea, which by how you stated it, is what you were saying.

>>> maybe it is not that original , BUT it sure goes against the concept of some diet gurus that says you gotta eliminate the carbs or the FAT to lose FAT ... I have yet to see any diet guru say :

" F*CK the carbs and fats , stay on caloric deficit and keep the protein high to maintain your LBM and you will LOSE FAT "

Someone needs a lesson in Endocrinology. Fat cannot be burned in the presence of insulin, which is what you'll be releasing with all those carbs. Of course you will lose weight, but a greater percentage of that weight would be fat with better macro ratios.
