My girl is getting ready for a figure show on June 17. We have just finished bulking and she has put on a great deal of muscle. I have no experience with cutting diets or which cardio to do for cutting while retaining muscle. She is currently 5'5" with 20%bf. If anyone could point me to some links for great diets for her I would appreciate it a great deal as would she. Thanks for any help that can be offered.
