My feet have been hurting me. Not the bottoms but on top, Like where my shoe strings cross on the top of the foot. I have been running alot of patterns for football and as of last week i got this pain on the tops of both feet. We have been practicing out side in the snow. Mybe its just all the swist and turns i have been making in snow. Anybody know a workout for the tops of your feet? Mybe a dumb question, but my feet are the only thing that hurts on my whole body.
