6' 184 lbs. 30 years old
I'm more interested in gaining muscle than staying trim. I don't seem to have a problem staying skinny.
Here's a snapshot of my diet, taken from the last two days. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! I probably need someone besides my mom to tell me to eat my veggies
