My diet help please!

Hello people.

I am new to this forum, and i have read alot on the internet and through this forum about proper nutrtion.

I am 19, 87kg's, and about 11% bodyfat. I have been training for about a year and a half now and would just like to ask about a few things with regards to my diet.

Breakfast 7 am: 8 whole eggs, 2 egg whites
around 10: 100g chick breast and white rice/pasta
around 1: 100g steak and rice or pasta
around 3: i go to gym
directly after gym: chicken and rice and pasta
Dinner: usually a cooked meal from my parents containing beef/chicken/lamb/pork, with carbs such as rice/mash/pasta, with the veggies cauliflower/brocoli/peas. Basically the works.

Any decent advice would be greatly appreciated.

Brown rice not white and whole grain pasta, oatmeal, LOTS of veggies and fruit and your meat intake looks good.
 
Depends on what your goals are bro... You want to get huge or get shredded? At 11% bf your on your way to gettin a sixer! You start seein it below 10% bf pretty much. Just eat clean and natural... And if your researching... i take it you didnt read Tatyanas Dieting Information. Its stickeyed for a reason. Good place to start. Good Luck.

Then i would say around 8-9%. I have a full six pack already, and yes my goal is to bulk up, im already quite a big guy and just wanna add extra!

Thanks for the info and help guys. Any more info seeing my goals have been "updated" would be awesome.
 
howsit guys.

i read that post was very informative indeed, according to it i need 4300 cals a day to grow? could this be correct and besides that can anyone guide me in the right direction as to protein/carb/fat split and how that all works>

4300 cals per day could be correct it all depends on your body, I take in 3600-4600 per day. protein/carb/fat I say for somone trying to bulk, I do 2-3g per lb of bodywegiht for protein and carbs and fat try too keep it as little as possible, avoid fast food and it wont matter too much if your getting it from healthy foods.

Yeah i was gonna split it 35/45/20. My main sources being eggs, meat, chicken, oats, brown rice, wholegrain pasta, and veg.

I dont eat fastfood at all hey, nor do i eat sweets or drink fizzy drinks, prob 6 litres of water a day.

Anytime, all the foods you listed are great for you and you drink a good amount of water daily which is great. No fastfood, sweets, or sodas is great I avoid those also, maybe 1 time every month or 2.
