O.K guys I haven't worked out for over 6 years. Betwwen military,wife,child and house with in less then a year kinda put a damper on me big time. I use to be 198lb and cut real great but now i am 165lb,still cut, but no where near what I use to be. I use to live with a Chef that owned his own restuarant and was a body builder in the 50's so i had alot of help from him. I know what routine I must take but i am alittle behind on the supplements. I am trying to get a hold of some gear ( i'm not asking for a source so don't flame me ). If i am unable to then I will deal with the wieght gainer and cutting fuels. I am asking though if there are anything out there that will get me what i am looking for that isn't crap. There are alot of companies out there that claim the same but who is legit and who isn't? Also is there any web pages out there that have some good recipes for the bodybuilder in mind who is looking to put on some mass?
