Here is me last summer at about 225lbs

http://swa.tripod.com/mohawkmuscle/id24.html

Here is me after 4 months of a Modified Hit program 245lbs
http://swa.tripod.com/mohawkmuscle/id25.html

My goal from there was to trim down while keeping all muscle. I am now at 220lbs (no pics yet) I am sure I lost too much muscle due to eating 2000 calories, ranging from high carbs to low carbs...

I am now going to start eating an Isocaloric Diet and hopefully gain back some muscle while keeping fat low...

Any Advice? What areas I need more work in ect...

Looks like your chest grows pretty easily. I would say quads and calves a bit, and maybe arms.

Hard to tell though from the stance your have there.

Good luck!

yeah.... arms definatly...

My legs as of now are about 27.. they seem to always be harder then my upper body!

Chest has always been easy for me...Arms is a different story. I started at like 14, 163lbs.. they are now 16.5 :(

I will post some pics from when I first started training.
Check out the website...and see my puny 163lbs body 10 years ago.

how tall are you bro? its weird. i was looking at your pics ... trying to compare my body to yours. right now im around 170, but my physique more or less resembles yours at 200+. im about 5'9. just wondering.

well it doesnt really take me much to gain weight...

I think I took in about 3000 calories max!

I ate 5-6 times per day.

my calories were basically equal proportions. ISOCALORIC.

I ate average food that people eat everyday....

sample

meal#1 4 eggs scrambled w/ toast and butter, milk

Meal#2 (post workout) MRP with 2 cups of juice

Meal#3 Chicken breast 1 cup of rice and veggies

Meal #4 MRP in milk

Meal #5 Fast food or another meal..

I added in snack foods on occasion ie, nuts, popcorn, the occaional pizza or what ever...

just simple good eating..

start doing some heavy shoulder work, you would look alot bigger if those delts stuck out more. Looking good, and on the right track!

what would you suggest?

my current program

after chest...

side raise 2 X 6-8
rear delt raise 2 X 6-8

I follow hit principles...

occasionally I will do a superset.. side raise w/ presses or upright rows.

try using cables for the side raises. I started doing em last week and woah a nice difference! I think its the constant tension thing. Dumbells only ever load the one end of the ROM. ie at the top when yoru standing ot at the bottom when your angled.

Yeah you should also try angled lateral raises, ie lie on a bench or inline bench and angle your body. Changing angles will spurt new growth.

Also for your arms have you tried shoulder width chins with palm facing you and upright dips? They're like "squats" for your arms!
I only do one set to failure, 2 sec up and 4 sec down for 8-10 reps. A TUT of around 50-60secs, and I'm adding 5lb weight to those exercises every week! That means my arms are getting bigger :)
