Ok so I hope I am asking this in the right place. I have recently started my new workout and diet plan. I am loving the results and the great feeling it gives me.
Now, I have heard of being able to tone certain muscles to help enhance a feature of the body (the v shaped back for broader shouldered girls or ways to tone the abs to give the idea of a longer torso)
I am looking for those exercises. I am very short with a short torso and wide shoulders. I naturally have a very hour glass shaped body and do not wish to take away from that. Any advice?
