i always assumed 'light' meant 'for women'...
i buy the muscle milk rtd's from GNC... i get only the ones that are marked down for quick sale with nearing exp dates...
today i picked up 7 syntha-6 rtd's for under $2 each... i like these because i can toss one in my gym bag and im g2g...

There are much better products for the money. Guess its better than nothing in a pinch though.
