I have been taking 200 ml of MSM daily to reduce muscle damage, but it's causing stomach bloating and gases, am I taking too much? how much do you guys usually take?
MSM is a joint supplement to help repair joints, ligaments and tendons. It won't do anything to reduce muscle damage.
A good dosage of MSM is around 1g per day. Rather then just take MSM, I would take a multi-ingredient joint supplement like N2joint RX. Joint supplements work best when taken together as they work synergistically. A good joint supplement will contain MSM, glucosamine and chondroitin.
MSM as such can not cause bloating or stomach issues. So it is either something else, or some additives in your product the ones that are causing these issues.
