So today is the first day in the rest of my positive life. the morning didnt go as i planned but i managed to recover what i could. got called out at 3am to do psychiatric evaluation on a lady who was brought into local hospital by state police. she was chasing "people" around in her front yard at 2am, naked, screaming, and yeilding a butcher knife. turns out these people were in her head...gee, do you think she REALLY needed to be hopsitalized? funny thing is, that was the second one this week....i am NOT drinking the water around here.

so, my 5am wake up call proved to be my bedtime. got up around 9 am had my breakfast. it was pretty good. 5oz chicken breast, 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1 grapefruit. I could only eat half, not used to eating breakfast. my beagle ate the rest, i told her she is on a diet too! supplements were: 7 keto, mass amino (4), ultra 40 (4), ultra 4. I feel great and full of energy...must be the 7 keto. getting ready to hit the weights. I feel like i could take on the world! :elephant:
 
I"d have to say that is the most "interesting" start to a day....!

Nevertheless it is the start of a new day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when my pager goes off, heaven only knows what is going on at the other end...i have learned that the human being has to ability to do just about anything...and i mean ANYTHING. keeps work from getting boring that is for sure. once had a 300lb female tell me she wanted to hang self by the elastic in her underware...i dont even thing hefty is that strong! that kind of stuff makes me thank for what i have going and makes me determined to make myself the best i can be!
 
well i made it though my first day. i got up late and am going to bed shortly, didn't get all my meals in today. got most of supplements in.

tomorrow's wake up call 5am. treadmill, heavy bag, abs. breakfast then off to work!

ok so i woke up at 5am...OMG! I have felt like a squrrel on crack all day! I mean, i am totally wired. no racing heart or anything, just loads of energy. i felt really good. the only problem is, i feel dizzy a lot. here is what i ate today:

Meal #1 3 egg whites, 1 whole
5oz chicken
½ cups oats or 1 grapefruit

Meal #2 2 scoops MP, 1TBL Natural peanut butter


Meal #3 6oz lean beef
1/2 cup rice
1 cup veggies

Meal #4 Same as #2

Meal #5 6oz lean beef,
Large salad W/ 2TBL dressing

Supplements:
Ultra 4
Ultra 40 4 per meal
Mass Amino 4 per meal
Glutamine for Training recovery
7 keto musclelean for fat burning /thyroid support.

was on the treadmill at 5:15am and felt great. worked out with the weights followed by glutamine then dinner an hour later. I am not used to eating so much food. i never ate breakfast so that is an adjustment. i usually just snacked on chips and candy most of the day and had a really big lunch and dinner...which is why i am in the shape i am now. but, that is changing and i feel great about myself today!

And THAT is what's most important!! Glad you had a good day!! :rose:
 
Life lesson #1 concerning diet:

Large salad: lots of lettuce=sore behind! note to self: be mindful of amount of fiber you put into your system at once :worried: !!!
 
Whoa! What am I missing in this log?!?!? lol I just skimmed your first post and saw something about a naked person with a knife running around the yard at 2 AM!!!!!

I'll be back to look at this one fo sho!!!!! :wavey:

It gets better, your body will get used to getting the right foods. Just buy double the amount of TP until it does.
