dropset from hell, starting at 9 plates per side for 10, then 5 reps with each dropped plate down to 4pps, then 2x10x2pps with one leg...
this was about a 2.5 hour workout... drank a carb drink throughout and some protein...

listen to what she says at the end of the c&j vid... you can also see that deuch trainer/spotter standing in front of me watching... he wanted to bad to be in my vid... i stood up to the bar to clean it and he was just standing there staring at me, i walked off, hoping he would go away... but then just went for it, like the whole damn gym wasnt watching anyways...
