this is the most i have clean and jerked since i hurt myself attempting 225... felt like my hand had healed up, no pain... getting very close to 150% bw...

dropset from hell, starting at 9 plates per side for 10, then 5 reps with each dropped plate down to 4pps, then 2x10x2pps with one leg...

this was about a 2.5 hour workout... drank a carb drink throughout and some protein...

listen to what she says at the end of the c&j vid... you can also see that deuch trainer/spotter standing in front of me watching... he wanted to bad to be in my vid... i stood up to the bar to clean it and he was just standing there staring at me, i walked off, hoping he would go away... but then just went for it, like the whole damn gym wasnt watching anyways...

been too busy lately... work, kids, wife, gym etc...
try and get some extra sleep tonight...
 
ive been working on that c&j form for a while now... its scarry to commit getting under the bar, but i have come a long way for not having a coach or any live help...
i would like to surpass my bench with these... the jerk is easy... might start training those seperately with more weight...
 
Hey man, been looking over your log, great stuff....Its awesome having your wife there supporting you throughout your training. I have been trying to get my wife into it also but having a hard time...I almost have her sticking to a diet. I guess one step at a time...Goodluck on your progress, going to keep an eye on this.
