thanks... whats funny is i dont even do much direct work on them... id say they get most of their work when im at work, i have a very physical job that taxes my entire body, but really gets the best out of my shoulders...
honestly, no clue bro... if i had to guess im pretty close to 160... im not as lean as i would have liked to been, especially in the back compared to how i got last year...
we dont have a scale here, but i did weigh myself at costco about a week ago and im carb loaded and then i was depleted and hit 163 in light clothes...
I bet if you did some direct work for them they would swell up like cannonballs! Thats crazy though that you dont work them much. I never would have thought that
i do some work, but mostly they get hit at work and when i do bench...
maybe a good shoulder workout every other week... its about all i think i can handle...
