On the flip side if I look alot younger than I am I'm all for it. LOL

Up @ 6:20 and got the kiddos out the door for school.

Didn't really want to get up this morning,it stormed pretty good this morning,hard rain,winds,thunder,lightening. Now we are having cooler temps. It's going to get into hte 30's tonight :cold:

Ok I have had a bad morning. Got up it's all rainy and nasty out the kind of day that makes you just want to stay in bed. Well I get to the gym and get out of my van and shut the door and realize I have locked my keys in it. :rolleyes: So I go in and call a tow truck place to come and unlock it. I get my workout done and then they show up. They unlock it for me and charge me 35 bucks for doing it. Now here's a good part when I left there I was stressed and any other time I would have stopped of at a fast food joint and go something to eat. This time although it did cross my mind I kept driving home and ate here HEALTHY GOOD FOOD!!!! WOOOHOOOO, this is a huge thing for me!!!!!

Oh they guy didn't have his good cal. soooooo he took my bf with his cheapo ones and it came out around 20% but he things it's wrong more like 25% sooooooo I have to call the dude tonight to remind him to leave the good ones out so I can have it done tomorrow morning.

I have to make a deposit today and pay some bills. Story of my life!!! I also need to make a menu and shopping list for me and one for the rest of the family. I'm going to wait until Sunday so I can check out the Kroger add and see what they have on special this week.

I got to go get my little one ready for preschool and then I'm off to the gym!!!!!

Well today we horriable at the gym. I didn't get my bf done again b/c they forget to set out the calepers. Soooooooo I started my workout all is good and I pooped out so quick. I couldn't lift what I normally lift and got really shakey. Yes I know my blood sugar dropped. And yes I know I didn't eat a good breakfast and no carbs after sleeping for 8 hrs. But the guy told me not to eat anything that would make me bloated b/c I get my bf done. Sooooo I went with the shake ALL WEEK, well pretty much as they have been telling me tomorrow we will do it tomorrow. So today I told the guy what was going on with me and that I will be there tomorrow and I really want to get this done. I hope it happens I'm really get irritated with them. So I cut the workout short which I hate doing b/c I love it so much and truely look forward to going b/c I felt to weak to do anymore. Grrrrrr, sorry for venting on here but damn it I'm trying so freaken hard to get myself back in shape and I really need my bf done and ooooooo hell! :evil: I need to go eat!!!!

This morning while at the gym. I had just finished the weights and was about to do my cardio when I heard the older women (there were I think 3) on the cardio machines. One says to the others "Oh yeah see what we have to look at the keep up motivated" They were snippy and making faces at any woman that went by them that was not old or out of shape. WTF!!! Then at one end they were on the other was me,one other girl that worksout about like I do,and 2 men all of us in a hell of a lot better shape than they were. THey all got off and left. LOL I know this is to be expected but what gets me is if they knew how hard we work inside and outside the gym maybe they would appreciate what we have accomplished instead of hating us. As they says Don't hate,congradulate!!!!!!
I find it helarious how obviously insecure some people are. If it were me, and I was looking at someone who looked better than me, I would just say "I'm JEALOUS - better pick up the pace!!!!"

Same here. Now this morning a man came up to me and asked me if I was getting ready for the power lifting comp. I was like no not sure what I'm going to do yet just working for me right now. But it felt really good to be asked ya know.

Glad you are feeling better... but keep in mind, down the road, do NOT become too dependant on that BF% (unless you are doing a show or something similar)... it TOO can eventually be VERY misleading. VERY.

Just think, if it's a number that does not meet your liking, you freak out, stress, and *whoops* there goes the cortisol = fat storage... :D

You are doing GREAT :)

Thanks for the encouragement!!!! From now on I am fueling my body so this doesn't happen,totally messed with me this morning!

I slept in a little this morning got up around 7:45 am. Would have slept later if it weren't a 3 year old little girl starring right at me and whispering mommy you up yet. LOL

Cute then but now she's just being whinny. I hate that :rolleyes:

I need to get ready and run to the gym and get my bf done but I'm going to call again this morning to make sure it's going to get done. I won't be able to stay and do any cardio as I was planning on b/c my oldest boy stayed at a friends last night soooooo no one to be here for an hour to watch over my little one. Oh well maybe we will go for a nature walk or something like that once it warms up some more.

I'm feeling pretty good this morning I'm a bit sore but other than that good. My energy level is good,I would love to hit the gym this morning. :rolleyes: Oh well when you have kids sometimes what you want doesn't exactly happen. LOL But it's worth it, they are only 3 once!

Maybe you should invest in some callipers and take them with you! Doesn't sound like they're on the ball over there. Hopefully they make up for it in other ways!

He did do it with a pair and it said 19% but he thought they were wrong or something. I dont' know. We shall see, he said the other ones are 550 bucks and are alot better than the little plastic ones he used on me. But he's not doing it next time I'm letting this other dude do it, this other guy is really starting to rub me the wrong way.

Oh yeah 3 yr old diva is what I have on my hands. The boys were playing football and she walks up to me with total additude and says I'm the cheer leader. LOL Had her hands on her hips, the whole bit. LOL God help her she acts like her momma!!!!!!

Not too bad I guess. Some days better than others. It takes time to create a habit so just hoping that this change will set in and become something that I don't even have to think about. Mind you, this is the only thing I have done lately that is absolutely and completely for me. It's quite liberating in some ways.

I'm glad you're OK. Could sense somethin' going on. K to you (even though you've had too much and I have to spread it around first!!!!!!) :heart:

Just daily life, Speaking of doing something for you. Have you or are you going through the feeling guilty stage for taking time for youself. I am,even though I know this is a positive thing I still have that guilt. And I've been having some stress with my business. You know how it is dealing with clients. GRRRR!!! I can't wait to go to the gym today and blow off some steam.

YES and YES!!!

I have no answer for it yet. But between my husband, boss, staff, friends etc. I constantly feel like I have to justify myself. I don't have children and I can only imagine how you must feel sometimes with all your commitments.

I've started to take a lunch hour and go to the gym. I used to come in early,work through and stay late. Everytime, so far, I get a sarcastic look/comment from someone about "how it's alright for some of us to take off when we want". And the meal thing "what, you're eating again?". I know what I'm doing is good and right but I still feel guilty. I hope to get over it soon :worried:

You're right, when I'm in there and sweating my a$$ off, I do feel better! We've just got to keep going.

Yes we do have to keep going. I think everyone likes me much much better when I'm eating better and working out b/c I feel better and have more energy and stress doesn't get to me the way it would if I were doing these things. That in turn makes me to be able to handle things alot better. No evil mom here. LOL Well most days anyway.

Don't worry about what others think. For some reason, they're bitter - or jealous. Just ignore it. Don't feel guilty. If you do, it's just more stress. Tune the negative out. Invite the positive in. If someone is constantly negative - stay away from them.

Good job on the 2%!!!!!!!!!

over a nice size mixed greens salad w/ 2 tbs ff blue cheese

1 oz nuts
1 c 1% milk

meal 4

4 oz chicken
3 oz potato
1 c green beans
22 oz water





Warm up 10 min on bike

Thursday,Sept.6

Up at usual time 6:30,I had to take my youngest son to school by 7 am he got detention for fighting twice in 2 days with the same kid. This kid jumped him b/c he didn't want to be in some club anymore. Hmmmmm,ok,I talked with his teacher on the phone and told her about it and she had no idea that there was a club,sooooooo now this kid is telling other kids to do things to my son. He has been threatened, called names all kind of things. So I called his teacher yet again and told her what was going on. We shall see how it goes. I seen this kid this morning when I dropped my son off. He was sitting on a picnic table waiting to get in the school. I opened my door and glared at him,he wouldn't get up and go in the school until I was gone. My instincts want to grap this kid and smack him buttttttt my common sense knows that's a no no. There is a preteen dance tonight and he really really wants to go, I'm afraid there's gonna be trouble there. But his older brother is going to be there and has his back. It's not that he can't take care of himself b/c he can and honestly this kid shows no fear at all,he really amazes me with all he's been throug and is still going through,he's amazingly strong. See this kid doesn't fight one on one he fights him 2 to 17 to one. I am starting to see red over this,but there's channels I have to go through first then heads are going to roll is nothing happens to protect him. :evil:

Didn't want to eat much I was sicker than a dog last night after m5. Still not feeling that great but at least it doesn't feel like someone is in my gut carving me from the inside out.
 
Reading that makes me feel so angry. I want to come over there and slap that kid upside the head a few times. My god daughter is being bullied at school and I have her crying on the phone, telling me about it. Breaks my heart. Some kids are so cruel.

Tell me about it. I raise my kids not to pick on others, not to make fun of them if they are different and such then you have some exuse my french bastard do this to my baby and he's like I don't get it mom. I have to sit down and explain to him it's not you he's just retarded and unhappy with him therefore he has to make you feel bad to make him feel good. He said that's stupid. He's very right.
