Yesterday was just a lazy day spent with the kids. We played football and friz-b. No I didn't cheat on my eating. LOL
7am
meal 1
5 egg whites,1 egg
1/2 C oatmeal w/ 1 tbs milled flax seed and dash of splenda
1 mug coffee
22 oz water
vitamins
*had a hard time eating all my food this morning. Don't know why,might have been nerves.*
10 am
meal 2
6 oz tuna *canned in water*
1 C. cauliflower
22 oz water
1 pm
meal 3
protein shake
1 c grapes
22 oz water
no gym today had a job out of the house soooooo tomorrow I'll be there!!!!
