Mix-up @MASS QUANITIES ?

I just recieved my delivery and the box was EMPTY! I ordered flax seed oil but all that was in the box was a shipping reciept and white packing paper. I've sent many emails but get no reply , tried calling but nothing was done about it. Has anyone else had the same problem with MASS QUANITIES ? If anyone knows who I can call to get this resolved please let me know .. thanks:confused:

What do you want, George to fly to your house and give you a bottle?

More than likely they haven't returned your mails or calls because THEY'RE CLOSED.

Damn, some people have to relax.

The only time I ever had a "problem" was when the Andro Infusion was on backorder. They graciously gave me a 10% off couupon and I received my Andro a few days later.

Relax, they're a huge company and they wouldn't still be around if there business practice was to send empty boxes!
 
Dear Sir,

I am very sorry that you received an empty box from Mass Quantities. UPS monitors the weight of each box that leaves our warehouse, and according to UPS, the package weighed 2.8 lbs when it was shipped -- about right for a bottle of flax oil.

None the less, I can understand how upset you must be -- I know I would be angry too if my box arrived empty. I plan to personally make sure we get you a replacement as quickly as possible.

When you spoke with Chris on May 29, I believe he told you we would overnight you a bottle early next week when our latest production run is complete. We only produce several hundred bottles of Flax Oil at a time because this keeps it from going rancid sooner and makes it taste fresher than other brands. If that is still acceptable to you, we will keep things as they are. If that is not acceptable, I will send you a bottle of my own personal supply, although it is about 6 weeks old compared to the newly pressed oil you will receive next week.

In either case, we appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied. We set up your account to receive a 10% credit on your next order -- including sale items. I hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

You really gotta love this company. I made my first order about two weeks ago. I anxiously awaited my shipment. Low and Behold, UPS lost my package. :( I was bummed. Even more bummed because the items that I bought were on sale. I sent MassQuantities an email and Chis called me within a couple hours and agreed to ship another order at the same sale price. UPS is sending me a refund and I got my products. Everything worked out great.
