milk without yeast?

mad dipz

New member
well I started ripptoe's plan about a month ago and I've created a decent diet plan with the help of ZGazG, pretty much the basic stuff Mark explained in his Starting Strength book: meat, lots of fruit, lots of milk, etc. Well in the morning I would shower before my 8 o'clock class and around 11:00 or so I'd workout, then shower afterwards.

About a week ago I started to get a yeast infection, so I'd put gold bond powder on it and continue with the workouts, but it started getting worse so I seen a doctor, and he said it was getting severe, so I got the right medication for it. The only thing is I haven't been with a girl around this time, and for my diet I'll post up here.

Morning - 6 eggs, 2 whole wheat toast, banana, 12 oz milk

pre-workout - 12 oz milk with whey and cup of oats

post-workout - 12 oz milk with about a scoop and a half of whey, pear and apple

late afternoon - tuna/natural pb sandwich with whole wheat bread.

snack- chashews, peanuts, string cheese

dinner - chicken or whatever meat I want

between my post workout and after dinner I just work on finishing my gallon of milk. Well the doctor couldn't figure out why I got it, I figured maybe my diet plan, until I looked up in a nutrition and vitamin book that says Milk has an affect on this, and not to drink milk or eat fruit or it'll make it worse.

SoOoOoOooo jsut wondering if you guys have any insight as to maybe there's a yeast-free milk substitute I can use instead, and maybe give me any insight as to change anything around in my diet to help decrease the chance at getting another infection. I'm thinking of just taking out all fruit, eat more veggies, and increase the amount of water I take per day to substitute for the fruit. I just need the help with the milk part.

Any advice appreciated-- thank you in advanced

sorry if this was too long
