i reached a personal goal this week, thought i would share. for a little backround info, i am a college athlete, all natural, and basically am into lifting to become more athletic, not really to get HUGE or incredibly strong. anyway, here's where i'm at right now:
benching: 225lbs - 10 times
running: one mile in under 6 minutes
swimming: 100 yards in under 48 seconds
i assume most people arent as familiar with swim times, but everyone can understand the other two. getting 225 out ten times has been a goal of mine for the last year or so. i guess my next set of goals would be doing 315 once, the mile in under 5:30, and i don't think my swimming will ever get much faster. anyone with similar goals??
